Gary

Before you click anything: I'm Jordi. Foundation twice with Dain, finishing my Bars Facilitator certification this month, writing from a small beach town on the Oaxacan coast where my wife and I are raising our daughter.

I was a CTO before I was a student. Fifteen years in production software, the last two running an eight-agent Claude Code system that lets me ship platforms in a week that normally take a small studio a year. That's not a metaphor. The demo on door one took seven days, solo. The week before that I shipped a full community platform for my town — App Store live, four hundred members, real booking flow. What used to take a team of four and a designer, I now do from one laptop in one room.

What Access gave me wasn't the tools. It was a different relationship with the question — what else is possible? — that doesn't wait for permission.

The demo was built from that question. I kept hitting the same gaps as a practitioner — finding a class near me without digging through seventeen Facebook groups, tracking my journey without a spreadsheet, running the 32 points with a proper timer instead of my phone alarm — and instead of filing feature requests, I just built it. Six views, both sides of the marketplace, fully working. It took the time that a reasonable first conversation between us would have taken.

Here's what I'm actually asking: I'd like to be Access's Claude Integrator. Not a developer you hire for a project. A role — permanent, embedded, inside the pathway — that lets Access build and ship digital infrastructure at the speed consciousness actually moves. Simone mentioned you've said no to this kind of approach before. You were right to. This one is different, and three minutes on the demo will tell you whether I'm right about that or whether I'm one more person not seeing what you see.

Twenty minutes of your time whenever the energy lands right. Mornings Austin time are easy from here.

With gratitude, and a real willingness to walk away if this isn't it —
